Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, level of study, current form and, optionally, your school. When you subscribe we collect the payment reference and proof of payment you upload. As you learn we record quiz attempts, progress and activity so we can show you your results.
How we use your information
We use your information to run your account, personalise your dashboard for your level and form, verify subscription payments, respond to your questions and improve the learning content we offer.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Teachers and administrators on Pasalenna can see the work you submit and the questions you ask so that they can mark and answer them. Service providers who host the platform process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Storage and security
Proof-of-payment files and submitted work are stored privately and are only accessible to you and authorised staff. Access is controlled by row-level security rules on our database.
Children and parents
Pasalenna is designed for secondary school students. If you are under 18, please use the platform with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. Parents may contact us to review or request deletion of a learner's data.
Your rights
You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@pasalenna.co.bw. Deleting your account removes your profile, submissions and progress history.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced in the app.
