Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password private. One account is for one learner; sharing login details may result in suspension.
Subscriptions and payments
Pasalenna offers free content and a paid premium subscription. Payments are made through the methods listed in the app, and access is activated once an administrator has verified your proof of payment. Subscriptions run for the period stated at the time of activation.
Refunds
Because access is granted immediately on approval, payments are generally non-refundable. If a payment was made in error or access was never granted, contact us and we will put it right.
Acceptable use
Content on Pasalenna is for your personal study. You may not redistribute, resell or publicly republish lessons, papers, marking schemes or quiz content. Respectful conduct is required in study groups and when asking teachers questions.
Content and accuracy
We work to keep material aligned to the Botswana curriculum, but Pasalenna does not guarantee particular examination results. Always check official syllabus documents issued by your school or examinations body.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but may need to interrupt the service for maintenance or updates.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
